I was overall happy spending 2 days at Royal Safari Garden. There are many play areas with lots of animals, so the kids were very happy. The location is strategic, close to everywhere and not too far from Bogor city. The room was very comfortable, I stayed in the Leopard room which I liked the most because there was a carpet on the floor, making it safe for my 1-year-old who just started walking. There are many food options in the restaurant, but the taste is just okay. The most enjoyable part is being able to eat while watching the animals. This is especially attractive for my kids, they were able to eat peacefully. I highly recommend this hotel for families with young children because it is very kids friendly.

Royal Safari Garden Experience”

This was my first visit to Royal Safari Garden, though I frequently visit Taman Safari, which is part of the same group but located elsewhere. Upon arrival, the lobby was impressive, spanning two stories. The upper level houses the lobby and a café, while the lower level serves as a dining area with views of zebras and other animals. My kids were thrilled with this unique setting. Check-In Experience We checked into a two-bedroom unit in the Leopard section at 4:00 PM. My wife and I shared one room, while our maid and two small children stayed in the other. The rooms, located on the second floor, featured connecting doors. Although our view was limited to the car park, it didn't detract from our overall experience. Evening Activities Given our late check-in, we only had an hour before the shows ended at 5:00 PM. We explored the garden, enjoying activities like bumper cars and a kids' drawing park with a charming yellow light ambiance. Afterwards, we returned to the hotel to prepare for the next day. Morning at the Hotel The complimentary breakfast for four adults was delightful. The highlight was the Saeco coffee machine, which provided excellent coffee. We dined while watching zebras and lemurs, which kept the kids entertained for an hour. Post-breakfast, we headed to the swimming pool. Swimming Pool Fun The swimming pool catered perfectly to young children, featuring various depths: 120 cm, 90 cm, and 60 cm. My 2-year-old and 5-year-old enjoyed the pool immensely. There were smaller slides suitable for younger children and higher slides limited to those under 50 kg. Bird Show and Other Activities After swimming, we attended the bird show, which only runs until the afternoon. My 5-year-old had a bird perch on his hand, which was a delightful experience. Although the show was free, we made a small donation to support the park. Elephant Ride and Giraffe Feeding Next, we tried the elephant ride, costing 100K rupiah for one person or 175K for two. My daughter opted to ride alone and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then fed the giraffes, costing 200K rupiah for a family of three. My 2-year-old was free. The kids were ecstatic to get so close to the giraffes, feeding them carrots, leaves, and long beans. The enclosure also housed ostriches, although we didn’t feed them. Exploring the Garden We concluded our visit by exploring the garden in my personal car, avoiding the wait for the hotel's free transportation. Overall Recommendation I highly recommend Royal Safari Garden for families with young children. It offers a comprehensive experience with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Wonderful Family Staycation at Royal Safari Garden Resort & Hotel ”

We spent a precious weekend with family at Royal Safari Garden Resort & Hotel, Cisarua, Puncak, Bogor - West Java. My wife, I and my two sons have had a very busy schedule activities over the last few weeks. For us, weekends are about time to recharge batteries, rejuvenate, relax and to cuddle with our beloved family. Therefore, we trust and chose Royal Safari Garden Resort & Hotel as the right hotel to spend our staycation over the weekend. Royal Safari Garden Resort & Hotel in Cisarua Puncak has many complete facilities, various entertainment for children such as games, horse riding, elephant riding, camel riding, paddle boating, animal feedings, bird attractions, etc. We chose Hotel Panda (Panda Suite Room), a very comfortable hotel room and great family facilities. The service of the staff at this hotel is warm, kind, and helpful to guests. The food taste at de Savanna restaurant is also delicious. Overall, we are very satisfied with all the facilities and services at this hotel. We will use this hotel more often and We will recommend it to other family, friends and office colleagues. Sangat menyenangkan”

Cocok untuk liburan keluarga. Untuk bungalow nya masih banyak banget nyamuk, terutama di bungalow lion. Jadi harus siap2 bawa lotion anti nyamuk atau obat nyamuk sendiri, kalau gak nanti bakalan gak bisa tidur.. Menu break fast nya enak2 bgt.. nyesel kalau gak nyobain.. prasmanan banyak pilihan, dr yg ringan2 seperti bubur, sereal dan susu, pancake, sampai nasi putih, nasi goreng dengan berbagai menu pendamping.. Banyak rekreasi untuk anak2 nya yg free kalau stay disana.. water park free.. Lingkungan nya super asri dan super dingiiiin.. jadi AC sama sekali gak pernah saya nyalakan disana, dan mandi selalu dengan air hangat.. Lokasi strategis, kanan kiri alfa dan indo mart. Tukang jualan makanan diluar buanyaaaak. Dan dekat banget sama pasar, kepleset nyampe.. mixue, bubur, sate, es kelapa, bakso, mie ayam, fried chicken, warteg, dll ada semua persis di depan gerbang.. Laudry kiloan jg ada gak jauh dari gerbang.. Areanya luaaaas banget, siap2 olah raga kaki kalau mau keliling2 disana. Buat yg punya bayi atau balita recommend bgt bawa stroller.. ada mobil wara wiri nya buat antar kmn2 tapi gak selalu ada.. Staff2 nya supeeer ramaah.. tapi agak slow responds.. mungkin pd sibuk.. After all, gak pernah bosan untuk balik stay cation kesana lagi..

this is was the second time i come here, first time when i with my mom and now i bring my mom,sis, and brother, the staff very kind and friendly the cleanliness 10/10, the facilities was awesome 100/10 and i will come to here if i have chance and free time! i remember staff in our room his name is ruslan and staff in restaurant her name is elisah they’re so kind and humble it’s nice to meet them, hope i can come to royal safari again! ❤️
