Lovely Cabot trail ! We arrived in Sydney by cruise ship. I had booked the Cabot trail excursion with Blackwood Tours in advance. It was a comfortable bus for a small group and we had a great driver. It is a long drive but the beautiful scenery is worth it. We are going to Sydney again in Sep 24 and booked another tour with the same company as everything was very well organized and pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves ! My partner and I booked this Cabot Trail van tour privately during a port visit to Sydney, N.S. In July, ‘24. Our driver/guide, Kevin, who grew up in the area was totally knowledgeable about our route. He explained the history of Cape Breton Isl, more in depth history of the Cabot Trail section we explored as well as stories of local life, and his own experiences. We had several stops for dramatic photo ops, legs stretching and local business visits.

Did the deep sea fishing and the dinner in the evening, overall amazing experience. Conrad put us right on the fish and it was nonstop biting from there. Dinner was also amazing. 100% would recommend.
