Part number for the "Detachable two-up tour-pak rack" is 53276-04. The solo rack which moves the tour pak foward about 12 inches is 53260-02. Well, just got off the phone with Jim at Hale's HD ordering all of my parts, $428.00 including a new BadLander seat.

I've got a 2015 FLHTCU and removed my tour pack. I bought the Harley tour pack kit, which is very pricey, but in it came a new license plate bracket that fits around the taillight. Just remove the taillight and it goes behind it then replace the taillight. Works great!
