Travel Haus of StLouis has reviewed the above mentioned file with all agents involved in the reservation and we have reached out to the vendor *** Vacations to see if there was any assistance they could give to our mutual clients.Unfortunately it's clear to everyone that the reservation was made correctly per the direction of Mr***, yet he and his party failed to depart on the proper date. All documentation from the agency dating all the way back to August show the return date of November @ 12:30am.Travel Haus has a hour emergency line and so does *** Vacations to assist our mutual clients should they need assistance while in destination. The client did not reach out to either party and decided to make their own reservations, thus at their own expense.We are sorry for their misfortune, but our agency and vendor did exactly as directed per our mutual client.In good faith we will extend each client a $voucher to be used on a *** Vacation booked at Travel Haus of StLouis.Thus we request to have this dispute shown as resolved and expunged from our Revdex.com accreditation

[redacted] has a 24 hour emergency line and so does Funjet Vacations to assist our mutual clients should they need assistance while in destination.  The client did not reach out to either party and decided to make their own reservations, thus at their own expense. We are sorry for their misfortune, but our agency and vendor did exactly as directed per our mutual client. In good faith we will extend the client a $100 voucher to be used on a Funjet Vacation booked at [redacted] of St. Louis. Thus we request to have this dispute shown as resolved and expunged from our Revdex.com accreditation.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We were completely unaware of any 800 number in case of any issues that might have arouse otherwise we would have used such number. So not only did Travel Haus Fail to book the correct dates of Travel they also failed in providing us with any information in case of any travel issues.With that being said $100 will not satisfy myself nor my travel guest who had to endure a night of sleeping on an airport floor.I think the best solution would be a travel refund for the flight and hotel.   Sincerely, [redacted]

Made a booking today for 4 tickets to Thailand, received my e-tickets promptly but upon review I realised I made a mistake with my daughters D.O.B! I contacted ‘The Travel House’ via WhatsApp fearing an admin fee would be incoming but Kevin was great! He managed to change the details on the e-tickets within minutes and also waived the admin fee if £75! Thanks Kevin, great service and much appreciated.

I had issues with my credit card in progressing payment, Russell kindly sent confirmation and link to make payment via email with a cut off time to secure the booking. The Travel House provided excellent prices and service.

The Travel House provided excellent lower prices than the airlines. I had difficulty getting the system to accept my credit card but this was quickly resolved by their sales team as well as answering a few other queries at the same time. The tickets may take 24 hours to come through my email but I received them within a few hours. It is then very easy to use the flight booking reference on the ticket to check flight booking confirmation directly with the airline and book your seats on the airline website. I found the sales team (in my case Stella Sampson) to be friendly, helpful and very efficient and I would use The Travel House again!

I bought my ticket to the USA from The Travel House all ok once they got paid .then about four day I got news that a relative passed away in the states . I had to reschedule my trip as the relative in the states needed to let me know when they would arrange for the funeral . When I contacted travel house they advice me that once I got a date to let them know . I did this and gave them the dates ..then I had to keep chasing them ..one after the other..useless Service When it got sorted out had to pay a extra £300 to reschedule with them …

This is the 2nd time I have used these guys.. no issues with pricing.. the proce they quote is the price I paid, no suprise costs.. both times! The only reason its not 5 stars is because they made an error on my name on the booking confirmation both times and I had to call. They sorted the issue out instantly! Just being honest, and think a lot of negative reviews are over exaggerated

Because of a recent flurry of activity on my card, my purchase of these tickets was blocked multiple times by my credit card company. Getting it all cleared up was a pain, and took great patience on Vance's part. At every turn, he was polite, patient, and had excellent follow-through. I was helped by Princes who demonstrated a great professional curtesy and dedication to help me when I was scrambling to reserve a ticket for my son to fly with me in the same flight I reserved for myself a month earlier. She kept me calm and gave me time to evaluate my options carefully. I was able to make a good choice because of her help. Because of her I highly recommend the travel-house.

These guys are scammers and fraudulent! These guys are scammers. From taking my Amex cc number and then saying they don't take Amex to then wanting more money than originally agreed upon to then asking me if he, Oliver, the agent I was talking to, could use my CC to buy himself a phone from Walmart, this whole process was a nightmare and illegal to say the least. We then called our airline directly and they said Travel House was flagged in their system for fraud alert. BEWARE Travel House is a fraudulent company. This was the text I got from the Travel House employee I talked with... "Hey viktoria... They are not accepting discover and amex card... And they have already deducted the amount from my salary... So there's only one way you can help me out... Iam looking to buy a phone from walmart online.. Can i make the payment from your card... I mean you are going to get a text or call from your bank about comfirming it and the cost for the phone is $167.00 USD..."

Princess was Exceptional !!

Princess was exceptional in getting together the trip for my daughter. She was very friendly, kind and a joy to speak with on the phone. Princess followed up with us the following day by phone, which was something I wasn't expecting, especially after we purchased the trip and everything was all set and done. During this call she went over all the details of the trip including layovers and also that my daughter could now select her seats for all legs of the trip. Companies should learn a thing or two about customer service and how important it is for us. Princess exemplifies what excellent customer service is. I knew that they were not the airlines and I had not other option as poeple at counter denied changing my ticket, but the guy I spoke to did a fantastic job of getting ticket changed for the flight which was leaving in an hour and I made it to the event... Thanks

Rough at the beginning...

I started working on the reservation with Princess. She never returned my calls and everytime I called, I was told she was out of the office. Vance stepped in and was very helpful and quick to reply to my emails. I'm very pleased with his customer service.

This is the best deal online. BUT

This is the best deal I could have had. However, this website have so many random things. It looks sketchy and needs work to make it look legit. It doesn't look like that it has consistancy. The price is not what it shows in the website. Payment took forever to go through because it was flagged fraud. E ticket took 2 days to get to me which doesn't give asurances to the customer. Natalia is a good agent, kind, patient and she helped me through it all but very insistant and keeps calling when I don't pickup.

Princess and The Travel House

As I was searching for Airline Tickets I accidentally call The Travel House. But I have never heard of The Travel House, so I said I will call any way. A pleasant voice answer the phone and she said this is the Travel House my name is Princess how may I help you? The first Reservation that was made did not came through. Princess call me and told me what happened. Princess said don’t worry I have found another Airline for you same fees, but the time is about 15 minutes late. She said is that okay I said yes. Princess very pleasant, courteous, helpful and she get the job done. I will tell all off my family and friends about booking their tickets with Princess at The Travel House. Princess will always be my Travel consultant.
