Last time i stayed here, it was 22 years ago as a young adult. I brought my own family here this time and even my princessy older child had nothing to complain🥰 They enjoyed it, said they were gonna miss the caravan, and even swam in the icy pool. We missed the safari shows the day before, but staying at the lodge give guests privileges to visit the shows the second day with stamps on the safari tickets (apply on shows only. Excluding the rides, games, and the animal enclosures trekking). Caravan was clean and well-maintained, no AC but it was very cold, no insects at all inside the caravan! It is not spacious, but in an adventurous way. It was damp smelling at first, but it didnt bother us after the first 10’. Bathroom is not spacious, and a shower curtain or glass partition probably is a good idea to help the bathroom and room area to stay dry and cleaner…? And they need to install some wall hangers inside the bathroom. Hot water was plenty, toilet and drains were clean and working well. Caravan Restaurant: there wasn’t many varying food selections but the food was good, plenty seatings, and it was very spacious so the tables were well distanced from each other. I wished they would put in more fresh tropical fruit and dairy selections like yogurt and cheese, as it is in Cisarua and fruits are abundant and cheaper there, and would definitely be a great representations of Indonesia to international tourists. Menurut saya harga kamar segini untuk ukuran standar dan masih di wilayah TSI worth banget sihhh. Apalagi ada tambahan diskon untuk tiket masuk TSI dan buggy car khusus tamu hotel. Sarapannya enak, menu makan malam variatif, rasanya lumayan enak walaupun agak pricy (tapi di dalam tsi emang standarnya segituan rata2 makanan yang bener2 ngenyangin untuk saya diatas 70k), pelayanannya baik, sopan, ramah (baik saat ditelfon maupun saat datang langsung). Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, yang tipe standar cukup luas juga sih menurut saya dan sudah ada water heaternya, mantap habis seharian main di TSI langsung mandi air anget 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 cuma mungkin showernya diperbaiki biar keluar airnya merata sempurna hehe. It was worth the price. It our 3rd time styaing in Safari Resort. We stayed at caravan for a night. The room was clean, the hot water runs well, all of the services from the moment we arrived were very nice, the staff are so polite and humble. We got the discount for The Zoo enterance only 170K for 2 days and unlimited Safari Journey. All off the food also incredibly tasty, from the restaurant to the foodstall inside the safari are tasty. We will comback definitely.. thank you for your outstanding services.

Great location, awesome value of money”

Staying 1 night with our 2 kids (4,5 & 3 years old), the room is really spacious and located near the park entrance. With 2 days park pass, it worth every money spent for the room. Especially when travelling with kids that need to nap and clean up more than once. However, the hot water avaibility is really limited and we must carefully choose unpopular shower time to get the 5 of us a proper warm shower.

The room is generally okay for its price; we just didn't expect that it does not have an airconditioner ( missed checking rhe details). We requested for a quiet room but we were given a room in the 2nd floor facing the parking lot, so it was quite disturbing to hear the cars and motorcycles pass by. Also, since there is no AC, we have to keep the windows open and we can smell cigarette smokes coming from outside. The one that we really did not like about the room is the cleanliness of the beddings. When we flipped the comforter, we saw a fair amount of dark brown stain. The pillow cases did not also smell newly changed nor freshly washed. We asked the staff to change everything from bedcovers, blankets, and pillow cases. But the even though they were changed, the they even smelled worse. The blanket had a funky smell and the pillow cases smelled like bleach. It kind of spoiled our stay in the room, but we thought perhaps it's fair for the price...?
