Stadium Tours now open - welcome back!

The doors have opened again at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and we’re delighted to welcome back visitors for our popular Tours of the world-class venue we call home.

Over the past four months, we have worked to implement measures in respect of social distancing guidelines to prioritise the health and safety of all staff and visitors. As a result, all Stadium Tours will now be self-guided with a maximum of 15 people permitted per tour group - however, our knowledgeable guides will be on hand to answer any questions. The tour route itself has not been altered - and that means you will still follow in the footsteps of Harry Kane, Heung-Min Son, Hugo Lloris, Jose Mourinho and the squad through the inner sanctum of our home in N17.

To enable visitors to make the most of their experience, we will provide each guest with a personal multimedia set that will help guide you through areas including the dressing rooms, the players’ tunnel, pitchside and the press auditorium. The multimedia set will display video content that brings these areas to life - including the incredible transformation of the stadium from football to NFL mode - and interactive games and quizzes for juniors.

Mat Horne, actor and Spurs fan best known for his role as Gavin in hit BBC series Gavin and Stacey, will be the voice that narrates your tour - amongst other familiar voices along the way. We encourage visitors to bring their own headphones (which require a standard 3.5mm jack) - alternatively, we are able to provide single-use headsets.

Tours are selling fast, but we still have availability over the summer holidays. Make sure you take advantage of our special offer - book before 12 January, 2021, and you will receive a 15 per cent discount! Come and join us for the Spur-fect day out!

COVID-19 update

We want to welcome back visitors in the safest way for everyone. This is why we have recently introduced new health and safety measures, in line with government advice and local health requirements. This will ensure the best experience possible whilst visiting the stadium for Tours, the Tottenham Experience and other visitor attractions.

We have been awarded the Good to Go standard by Visit Britain, recognising businesses that can demonstrate they are adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance around COVID-19, have carried out a risk assessment and have the required safety processes in place.

The band has warned fans on social media that confirmation emails for the ballot entry may be delayed due to a high volume of people signing up, but has assured them that anyone who has filled in a ballot correctly before the deadline will receive one.

Tickets for UK performances can be bought from the following sites:

• ticketmaster.co.uk • gigsandtours.com • www.seetickets.com

For the Ireland dates you need to go to ticketmaster.ie .

Be warned: you must register

The band's official website has "strongly advised" anyone hoping to purchase tickets to register in advance of the sale with the relevant ticket agencies.

Top tips for getting tickets

The ticket sites offer key advice for fans looking to have an edge over others in the race for in-demand tickets.

Here's a summary of their biggest tips:

• Don't wait until Saturday morning to register. This will mean you have plenty of time to get your account set up with all the right billing and delivery information • Verify your account. You have to add your phone number and confirm a one-time passcode with new accounts for protection. You only need to do it once • If you already have an account, double-check it. It's worth logging in before Saturday just to check you know your password, your delivery and billing information is all correct, and to ensure you've already completed your one-time passcode • Make sure your card details are already saved to avoid last-minute scrambling • Get your phones and laptops charged before the deadline • Make sure you're happy with your internet connection. Private WiFi is best, and if that isn't working, Ticketmaster advises using your mobile data over public WiFi, which it says is "usually the least reliable" • Don't refresh the page while in a waiting room. Ticketing sites use a queuing system when they get busy, meaning you get put in an online waiting room with other fans. They warn that refreshing the page won't move you further up the line, and that the page itself updates automatically. So once you're in, wait it out...

How many tickets can I buy and how expensive could they be?

You can get a maximum of four tickets per transaction, and you aren't permitted to sell them for more than you bought them for, according to event organisers.

The price of tickets hasn't been announced yet, though the Manchester Evening News has reported they are expected to exceed £100.

is the spurs stadium tour worth it

Back in 2009, just over a month before Oasis split, the band performed at Wembley Stadium and charged £38.50 plus VAT (which at the time was 15%), meaning the total cost was just over £44.

When Sky News put those numbers into the Bank of England's inflation calculator, the total was £68.02 - which is still considered low nowadays.

Will there be another chance to buy tickets?

There won't be another official sale, but you may be able to snatch resale tickets.

On its website, Oasis says it has partnered with Ticketmaster and ticket resale platform Twickets to ensure tickets aren't resold for more than the price originally paid - including booking fees.

The band has also warned those reselling the tickets that selling through any other platforms will breach the terms and conditions of the sale and may result in the tickets being cancelled.

Do you even deserve tickets?

Since the announcement, social media has been flooded by debate about who this concert is really for.

"What's your favourite B-side?" - an eligibility test being used by people who "were at Knebworth".

Die-hard Oasis fans who were there in the 90s will say they are the ones who most deserve to get their hands on tickets.

"Imagine waiting 15 years for Oasis to reform only to lose out on tickets to Chloe, 21 from Stockport who just wants to hear Wonderwall live", one X user posts.

In response, another writes: "Obsessed with all the men creating fictional young women who they might lose out on Oasis tickets to."

Analysis by Gemma Peplow , culture and entertainment reporter

"Like most kids, my parents influenced my music taste growing up, from Bruce Springsteen and Tina Turner to the Rolling Stones.

"Kylie Minogue, obviously, was also a big feature in my cassette collection.

"But Oasis were the first band that felt like mine, not music I'd inherited.

"As a teenager I listened over and over, studied the album covers, and went on to see them live five times, each gig holding different memories and anecdotes. For those of us who grew up with them, they embodied our youth, the spirit of the '90s.

"But that doesn't mean these gigs belong to the older fans, which, like it or not, is the bracket I fall into now. You only have to see all the teenagers and younger adults at Liam's solo shows to see how Oasis's songs resonate with different generations. The music has stood the test of time, which can only be a good thing.

"Those gatekeeping fans are most likely the same as those complaining about how all music is rubbish these days. Well, you can't have it both ways.

"If I'm lucky enough to get tickets, I hope to be singing along with bucket-hat wearing fans of all ages."

“The great wait is over” – Oasis announce 2025 UK and Ireland reunion tour

After all the rumours, "the guns have fallen silent" as the Gallagher brothers return as Oasis for a huge run of stadium shows. See all the details here

After years of rumour and speculation, Oasis have now finally reunited to announce a UK and Ireland stadium tour for 2025. Check out dates and ticket details below.

After recent weeks of reports that the Britpop giants would be returning , anticipation reached fever pitch this weekend with Liam Gallagher used his Reading Festival 2024 headline set on Sunday (August 25) to tease an announcement. The social media accounts of Oasis and brother Noel soon shared the same teaser , telling fans that news would be coming at 8am today (Tuesday August 27).

Now, they’ve launched the OASIS LIVE 25 world tour with 14 stadium dates set to take place between Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin next summer. These will be the band’s only shows in Europe in 2025, but a press release states that “plans are underway for OASIS LIVE 25 to go to other continents outside of Europe later next year”

Along with a new photo of the Gallagher brothers side-by-side taken by Simon Emmett, the band have also shared a short statement about burying the hatchet following the very public feud that arose from the band’s split in 2009:

“The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned.  The great wait is over.  Come see. It will not be televised.”

The band have not yet revealed who’ll be in the rest of the line-up beyond Liam and Noel, but this week also saw newspaper reports c laim that “no other original Oasis member is expected to join the reunion”  and that “the members of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will step in for the concerts”.

News of the tour – reportedly set to make a colossal £400million – comes as the band release the expanded reissue of their seminal 1994 debut album ‘Definitely Maybe’ on Friday (August 30), after it celebrates in 30th anniversary the day before. The re-release comes with previously unheard and abandoned versions from the Monnow Valley session for the album, as well as outtakes from the Sawmills sessions – both mixed by Noel for the first time.

Liam has recently been playing the album in full on a solo tour throughout summer 2024, including headline sets at Reading & Leeds this weekend. His Reading performance saw him dedicate ‘Half The World Away’ (a classic song sung by his brother) to “Noel fucking Gallagher” , further stoking rumours of a reunion when the same song during his Leeds set  saw him tell the audience: “It is very interesting init? It is a very interesting situation we’ve found ourselves in.”

Liam and Noel Gallagher of Oasis

This was only fuelled by Noel sharing some rare complimentary words for his brother , praising Liam’s vocal ability over his own in a new interview.

Talk then gathered momentum when Liam responded to online fan discussion about a report by The Times over the weekend, in which the publication claimed Oasis would be playing a string of shows in London and Manchester in 2025 – including gigs at Heaton Park, 10 at Wembley Stadium and a rumoured Glastonbury headline appearance.

One user wrote: “Heaton Park terrible venue for concerts,” to which the frontman responded: “See you down the front you big fanny.”

  • READ MORE:  Noel Gallagher interviewed: “The world is a beautiful place – it’s just inhabited by c**ts”

Another fan commented: “this will last about five seconds,” with Liam adding: “You got a crystal ball cunty bollocks.”

As it stands, the tour date schedule still leaves the band open to headline Glasto 2025 – which takes place the week before from Wednesday June 25 to Sunday June 29. Other acts rumoured to top the bill include Eminem , Rihanna , Sam Fender , Taylor Swift , and Ed Sheeran .

Before the ‘Definitely Maybe’ 30th anniversary tour kicked off, Liam shared that Noel is said to have turned down an opportunity to reunite for the shows, and even  suggested that he would “send him a box of chocolates” as an apology for being “really mean” to him  around the time of Oasis’ break-up in 2009.

More recently, Liam told his audience that  Noel was “still playing hard to get” regarding a comeback for the band .

Speaking to NME  in 2020 , Liam said an Oasis reunion was “gonna happen very fucking soon”, before Noel revealed in early 2023 that he would “never say never” to the idea .

  • READ MORE: The Masterlist – every song Oasis ever recorded ranked in order of greatness

A dampener was soon put on any hopes though, as LG subsequently argued that  his older brother had “done a lot of damage to Oasis as a brand” , and Noel  claimed that his brother was too much of a “coward” to follow through  with the idea, later  accusing Liam of trying to “rewrite history” regarding Oasis’ “dreadful” final year together .

Since then,  Noel also discussed the possibility of an Oasis comeback during an interview with NME , adding that the reason why it hasn’t happened yet was because there had “never really been a serious offer about ‘The Big O’ getting back together”.

Noel Gallagher

Liam and Noel have not performed together since Oasis’ acrimonious split in 2009 , following an “altercation” between the pair at Paris’ Rock en Seine festival, just hours before their headline appearance. “It’s with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight,” Noel wrote at the time. “People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with [singer, his brother] Liam a day longer.”

Looking back on the event that led to his departure in 2021 , Noel described them as a “shitstorm”. “Oasis tours were always about the struggle, anyway,” he said. “The incident in Paris, that was just the straw that broke the camel’s back, really.”

Noel recalled how he sat in the back of a car at the music festival after deciding it was time to quit the band.

“And the driver pulled off and that was it. I didn’t feel a sense of relief because I knew there was a shitstorm coming. And there was going to be a lot of nonsense talked about it,” he said. “One of the biggest bands ever imploded, finally. And I couldn’t go back to England because the press had descended on my house and my missus was there with my kids.”

He added: “So we had to kind of spirit her out in the middle of the night and they came to join me in France somewhere. And then when we eventually got back to England, of course all fucking hell broke loose.”

Since Oasis split, both Gallagher brothers have enjoyed successful solo careers and been crowned Godlike Genius at the NME Awards. Noel has released four albums with The High Flying Birds – the last being 2023’s acclaimed ‘Council Skies ‘ – while Liam released two albums with Beady Eye between 2009-2014 before finding much more momentum as a solo artist in 2017. As well as echoing Oasis’ success in selling out a huge show at Knebworth under his own name, he has released three chart-topping solo albums, as well as this year’s long-awaited collaborative record with The Stone Roses’ John Squire .

The last decade has also seen Oasis fans kept happy with the release of the now-classic documentary Supersonic in 2016 , and Oasis Knebworth 1996 – a live album and film which chronicled the band’s zenith of when they played to 250,000 fans across two nights in the ’90s, at shows that saw 2.7 per cent of the UK population applying for tickets.

Fan thinks band will sell 'negative tickets' after spotting huge clash with Oasis Wembley date

Fan thinks band will sell 'negative tickets' after spotting huge clash with Oasis Wembley date

What an absolute nightmare for the rock band.

Jess Battison

Imagine a band announcing potentially one of the most shocking reunions of this generation and them doing a concert in the same city on the same night as your band.

Yeah, nightmare. And the exact nightmare one particular band are facing now Oasis have announced a reunion tour.

It’s fair to say fans were pretty shook this morning (27 August) when Liam and Noel Gallagher confirmed they will officially be sharing the stage once again after nearly 15 years since the band split.

Start saving lads, tickets go on sale this weekend. (Simon Emmett/Fear PR/PA Wire)

But while it’s predicted Oasis will make absolute millions from next year’s shows , some people reckon recent Reading and Leeds headliners Catfish and the Bottlemen will sell ‘negative tickets’ after spotting the huge clash.

There was already backlash when the ‘Cocoon’ group announced their stadium tour dates earlier this month and now, it’s amped up to the max.

The Welsh indie-rock band are set to play Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 3 August next summer, the same night Oasis will play one of four dates at Wembley Stadium, both of course in London.

Online, users had criticised Catfish that there was ‘no chance’ they would sell out Cardiff’s Principality Stadium and the spot in the capital, cruelly adding it would ‘be embarrassingly undersold’. Although, plenty of fans expressed how buzzing they are that the band are back.

Not the best of luck for Catfish and the Bottlemen. (Matthew Baker/Getty Images)

General sale for the stadium shows started last Friday and there are still tickets available on Ticketmaster. And now, some are joking it’s less likely to sell out with many opting to try and see Oasis instead.

One wrote on X: “Catfish at Tottenham on the same date as Oasis Wembley. Might be the first gig ever to sell a negative amount of tickets.”

Agreeing with the tongue-in-cheek remark, another added: "A record breaking negative ticket sale for catfish incoming."

As some others joked: “No way Catfish are playing London the same day as Oasis are on as if the stadium wasn’t gonna be empty already it definitely will be now.”

Another joked: “Oasis why r u doing a London show on the same day as Catfish London. Do you want Van McCann to cry be honest,” with one slamming: “Whoever booked catfish on the same date as oasis IN A STADIUM should be immediately fired. esp since bookers would know that oasis has blocked out the same dates at Wembley.”

Many also agreed: “Something beautiful and undeniably Spursy about Catfish And the Bottlemen announcing their biggest ever gig at our stadium just before Oasis reunite to play Wembley on the same day.”

A lot of others, however, were just buzzing for both bands to be back playing live shows as one put: “Oasis and Catfish and the Bottlemen are back maybe life is worth living.”

Another said: "Oasis reunion, Catfish and the Bottlemen playing stadiums and Fontaines d.c. new album. britpop is backkkkkk."

Plenty echoed: “Catfish and the Bottlemen & Oasis are back life is great.”

And one came up with the resolution: “If I can't get Oasis ticket I'm seeing Catfish instead.”

Fans who saw the band over the weekend also called it 'so amazing' and said it's 'one of their fave concerts of all time'.

While one even said: "Still can’t get over how amazing Catfish and the Bottlemen were live, feel life is only going down hill here that was the best moment of my life."

Well, despite what trolls are saying, it looks like fans have the pick of some boss live music next summer.
