Our tour is designed for all ability groups. Rooms are dependant on availability, but we will aim to give you the closest available room that we have. Seating is first come first serve and based on logistics.

Our cancellation policy is detailed in the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

This time of the year we usually have between 20-25 passengers on tour.

The tour starts either at the Starbucks at the farmers market 6333 west 3rd St. at 630AM or the 4 Points Sheraton Culver City - 5990 Green Valley Circle at 7am.

Our bag policy is one suitcase of any size and a personal bag per guest.

You do not need a voucher from us to join the tour. Please make sure to bring your ID. That is all you will need.

Our meeting point is: Farmers Market Starbucks Coffee Shop. Departure from 6333 West 3rd Street, corner of Fairfax Boulevard at 06:30 AM. Our guide will come and collect you.

Pick up is at 630 am at the Starbucks at the farmers market in Los Angeles or 7 am at the 4 Points Sheraton Culver city the morning of the tour.

Travel insurance is not required by us in order to join the tour.

We do not require insurance and Medical emergency to join our tours.

Good to Know

• Currency $ US Dollar USA

As a traveller from England, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa you will need an adaptor for types A, B.

• Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

• For any tour departing before 11th October 2024 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after 11th October 2024, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Amadeo. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
