FLY DIRECT TO EUROPE FROM £199 / €199 PER PERSON

Reduced Flights to Europe applies to new individual bookings made from 03 September 2024 for selected Celebrity Cruises Europe 2025 sailings departing 02 January 2025 to 21 December 2025. Reduced Flights to Europe provides reduced airfare (including taxes and fees) for guests purchasing selected return flights departing from London Gatwick, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol, Birmingham, Stanstead, Edinburgh, Glasgow & Dublin airports for applicable bookings made during the offer period. Reduced airfares on selected flights departures are priced from £199 per person from the UK or €199 per person from Ireland (DUB). The airfare means the air ticket fare (including taxes and fees) only. Cruise fare, other add-ons & amenities including, but not limited to, gratuities, hotels, car park charges and transfers are not included and will not be reduced as part of the Reduced Flights to Europe promotion. Applicable cabin grades for this promotion are Economy Class seats, subject to availability. Flight price is per person in GBP or EURO as stated and determined by eligible gateways booked and selected dates of travel. Standard personal baggage allowance is included in the reduced airfare (baggage allowance can vary by airline). Airport ground transfers and any additional expenses (e.g. accommodation, taxis, fuel, meals, gratuities, excess baggage, or parking) are not included, and will be at the guest’s sole cost and expense. Airline booking and travel terms and conditions, and standard baggage allowances apply to all bookings.

Airfare pricing shall be correct at time of web publication or going to print, but shall be subject to availability, and may vary during the promotion. Reduced airfare flights are limited in number and subject to availability. No additional discounted airfares will be available once the applicable reduced airfare seats are sold out. Bookings must be made in GBP or EUR currencies against the advertised price. No flight variations will be allowed and once booked, changes to flights will not be permitted. Hotels cannot be booked with this offer. Changes to original flight details (carrier, date, class etc.) will result in a re-fare at prevailing rate charged by the airline. Back2Back sailing bookings are not eligible for this reduced airfare promotion.

Bookings that are created within the stated campaign period but that subsequently move to either a lower price program and/or non-applicable ship & sailing date will not retain the benefits of this promotion. Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits of this offer will have to cancel their existing booking paying any applicable cancellation penalty and make a new booking, Flights added to existing bookings in error are subject to cancellation. Bookings that are cancelled shall be subject to prevailing cancellation charges.

Promotional seats are supported using flight allocations secured in advance with the airlines. Some allocations may not be within airline on sale date range and will come on sale at a later date. Self-servicing of the flight booking may not be available. Guests flying with Jet2 will be able to manage their booking 21 days prior to travel, guests travelling with EasyJet will be able manage their booking 10 days prior to travel, guests flying with Vueling and Aer Lingus will not be able to self-service their booking and must check in at the airport at which point their seats will be assigned.

Only eligible individual bookings that have a creation date post the launch date of the offer are eligible to receive reduced airfare subject to the terms of this offer, Groups & Group bookings are not eligible to receive the airfare offer. Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to cancel without notice, suspend and/or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this promotion, as determined by Celebrity Cruises in its sole discretion. Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and to adjust all fares, fees, offers, and surcharges at any time prior to booking.

The Reduced Flights to Europe offer is combinable with No Perks, All Included, Retreat pricing & Current Celebrity Cruises Brand Promotions in the UK & Ireland, Captains Club Offers. Blue Light and Military discounts are not applicable on the flight component of a booking, but eligible discount can be applied to the cruise fare. Very efficient service, except not all details asked for when booking, eg: Bed arrangement, table size and dietary requirements. Some of this has been corrected via the Cruise company, but not all as late-booking prevents alteration. Let's hope we can sort it on the ship?

We booked cruise on phone for Greek…

We booked cruise on phone for Greek islands and agreed itinerary but when paperwork came through it had 2 day stop in Israel!! Rang to inform them and told computer glitch and would get picked up when cruise company invoice issue - well if so then lots of others should have got wrong info too OR more likely it was a process failure at your end! Corrected mistake on phone and new paperwork sent through ok BUT when use ref number to log into TUI website it still says stops in Israel. Sort it out please.

Hayley was really helpful cruise booked and deposit paid only to be contacted by 118 few days later that p & o could not accommodate me due to mobility issue no further evac chairs surely thus should flag up when booking fully accessable cabin? Promised call back today's nothing so I phoned lunch time to be told allocated to amendment team who would call me still waiting suppose I will have to call them in morning if not called by end if their working day. First cruise was so looking forward to it too seems lot hassle if you have mobility issue.

Great speedy service

We recieved great service from a young lady called Haleywho guided us through the procedure of booking our Xmas cruise . It will also be our 59th wedding anniversary whilst on board so we needed to get it right ,hence we opted for bpoking direct and not our ususal via the webb . She ensured we selected the opropriate cabin and was very helpful and knowledgeable . We will certainly use Cruise 118 again. B&J Myers

Great ring back service

Great ring back service. I was booking for my husband me and my family of three. The only problem I had was my son his wife and my grandson could not go on my booking. Hence there’s a lot of emails and it’s two separate booking’s but under my name, very confusing. Due to this I had to ring up to ask where the other part of the booking was Jenny helped me sort it out she was very accommodating, I was happy with what she explained to me. Fingers crossed that everything will be ok, it’s not till April 25. I have booked with friends before with a different company, and not had this problem. It would of been much smoother if I could of made of one family booking with two cabins.

Felt miss sold the drinks package but now sorted.

. Not happy with the miss selling on the drinks package, I asked to explain and later after paying a deposit, it all changed then I was charged £619 for the extras nothing made any sense after that, I just felt it was being made up as we went on, I am not happy with the way they handled the situation..shame,!!!!!, I have now been talking to Sharon and am happy with the outcome.

Easy to get through on the phone (had phoned P&O first, they got back to me 2 hrs later!). Booking straight forward, helpful agent, helped get us a good cabin. Good price.

Phone vs online booking

I've always booked my cruises through you and prefer to book via the phone with the concierge team. Was extremely disappointed that the team was unable to match the price I obtained from your website even though we walked through every step and it was clear we had both selected the same categories. This does not make any sense to me that a Cruise 118 operator does not get the same price or is able to match the same prices of that from your Cruise 118 website

Well at one stage trying to boom online with an ok price.but could not finnish booking as online web site would not let me finnish the booking through a fault with the online quote.so phoned 118 and explained the situation.and was told that i wojld have to pay more and with no help from 118 reps.decided to try again online the next day and then got the result that was advertised online.

The worst experience I have ever had

The worst experience I have ever had, I book an all inclusive cruise it even said what’s included… premium drinks blah blah blah…then I get told no drinks package included… but when I call and spk to an agent I can get the same cruise for £208 cheaper per head with the drink package… I have to lose my £200 deposit because this can’t be transferred.. but I can transfer it to a new/ different cruise with same cruise line… I’m absolutely devastated

Amazing concierges but opt out of marketing emails for peace of mind

Concierge was super helpful and helped us find the right deal, the right place, and even some great tips on how to make the best of it. Only problem is Cruise118.com send loads and loads of ad emails which aren't related to your booking, so it's really stressful to find the important emails to keep and the ones you don't need. It would be great if they held off the ads until you have returned from your holiday, or they sent them from a different address or something!

Rather than book online I spoke to Shelly on their free phone number. She was very helpful and friendly and I still got the online discount. She answered all my questions and helped me to choose my cabin. Confirmation and documentation was sent by email very quickly and without any problems. I would definitely use this company again.

I called regarding a quote and the…

I called regarding a quote and the quote was over £300 more compared to another 2 cruise suppliers. I spoke to a lady called Bethany. Needless to say I didn’t book. I then went back on your site on line to find the same cruise cheaper? Without flights. So I booked just the cruise. I sourced the flights myself and lo and behold I got the flight with cruise cheaper than all 3 cruise supplies? . I then had a missed call from Bethany to say the quote she quoted was wrong and she now has the discounts. I emailed Bethany back saying thank you but I’ve already booked, via your site and got a better deal, doing it myself separately? I got no response from Bethany as to why it was cheaper on line. I then emailed again a few days later asking how much to upgrade to a drinks package , along with a few other questions needless to say I got no response again. For these reasons I’m giving 2 stars, as I find the customer service a bit lacking, ignoring customers emails and quoting a cruise at a much higher rate than the on line price is very confusing . Booking on line was straight forward so thumbs up for that . Confirmation of the booking afterwards was also good. If I do decide to upgrade I’ll probably do it with princess direct now, as I’m believe you can upgrade a few days before. Sorry cruise 118 if you don’t get back to customers after 48hrs, you will lose out and probably lose that customer’s money and future bookings. It’s all about good customer service!!

I spoke with Bethany who confirmed there was an error when loading the flight details, the flights were coming up on the booking system as return when you only required one way, therefore this explains why the quote was approximately £200 more. Once Bethany noticed the error she called you. I can see that Bethany also emailed you requesting the quote you had seen online. I am sorry that you had already proceeded to make your bookings. We aim to respond to guests as soon as we can. We would also strongly advise to all our valued guests that’s whilst you may be able to package a booking yourself cheaper, unless the Cruise line or your agent makes all travel arrangements within the package your booking will not be ATOL protected. Great speedy service

We recieved great service from a young lady called Haleywho guided us through the procedure of booking our Xmas cruise . It will also be our 59th wedding anniversary whilst on board so we needed to get it right ,hence we opted for bpoking direct and not our ususal via the webb . She ensured we selected the opropriate cabin and was very helpful and knowledgeable . We will certainly use Cruise 118 again. B&J Myers

Great ring back service

Great ring back service. I was booking for my husband me and my family of three. The only problem I had was my son his wife and my grandson could not go on my booking. Hence there’s a lot of emails and it’s two separate booking’s but under my name, very confusing. Due to this I had to ring up to ask where the other part of the booking was Jenny helped me sort it out she was very accommodating, I was happy with what she explained to me. Fingers crossed that everything will be ok, it’s not till April 25. I have booked with friends before with a different company, and not had this problem. It would of been much smoother if I could of made of one family booking with two cabins.

Felt miss sold the drinks package but now sorted.

. Not happy with the miss selling on the drinks package, I asked to explain and later after paying a deposit, it all changed then I was charged £619 for the extras nothing made any sense after that, I just felt it was being made up as we went on, I am not happy with the way they handled the situation..shame,!!!!!, I have now been talking to Sharon and am happy with the outcome.

Easy to get through on the phone (had phoned P&O first, they got back to me 2 hrs later!). Booking straight forward, helpful agent, helped get us a good cabin. Good price.

Phone vs online booking

I've always booked my cruises through you and prefer to book via the phone with the concierge team. Was extremely disappointed that the team was unable to match the price I obtained from your website even though we walked through every step and it was clear we had both selected the same categories. This does not make any sense to me that a Cruise 118 operator does not get the same price or is able to match the same prices of that from your Cruise 118 website

Well at one stage trying to boom online with an ok price.but could not finnish booking as online web site would not let me finnish the booking through a fault with the online quote.so phoned 118 and explained the situation.and was told that i wojld have to pay more and with no help from 118 reps.decided to try again online the next day and then got the result that was advertised online.

The worst experience I have ever had

The worst experience I have ever had, I book an all inclusive cruise it even said what’s included… premium drinks blah blah blah…then I get told no drinks package included… but when I call and spk to an agent I can get the same cruise for £208 cheaper per head with the drink package… I have to lose my £200 deposit because this can’t be transferred.. but I can transfer it to a new/ different cruise with same cruise line… I’m absolutely devastated

Amazing concierges but opt out of marketing emails for peace of mind

Concierge was super helpful and helped us find the right deal, the right place, and even some great tips on how to make the best of it. Only problem is Cruise118.com send loads and loads of ad emails which aren't related to your booking, so it's really stressful to find the important emails to keep and the ones you don't need. It would be great if they held off the ads until you have returned from your holiday, or they sent them from a different address or something!

I called regarding a quote and the…

I called regarding a quote and the quote was over £300 more compared to another 2 cruise suppliers. I spoke to a lady called Bethany. Needless to say I didn’t book. I then went back on your site on line to find the same cruise cheaper? Without flights. So I booked just the cruise. I sourced the flights myself and lo and behold I got the flight with cruise cheaper than all 3 cruise supplies? . I then had a missed call from Bethany to say the quote she quoted was wrong and she now has the discounts. I emailed Bethany back saying thank you but I’ve already booked, via your site and got a better deal, doing it myself separately? I got no response from Bethany as to why it was cheaper on line. I then emailed again a few days later asking how much to upgrade to a drinks package , along with a few other questions needless to say I got no response again. For these reasons I’m giving 2 stars, as I find the customer service a bit lacking, ignoring customers emails and quoting a cruise at a much higher rate than the on line price is very confusing . Booking on line was straight forward so thumbs up for that . Confirmation of the booking afterwards was also good. If I do decide to upgrade I’ll probably do it with princess direct now, as I’m believe you can upgrade a few days before. Sorry cruise 118 if you don’t get back to customers after 48hrs, you will lose out and probably lose that customer’s money and future bookings. It’s all about good customer service!!

I spoke with Bethany who confirmed there was an error when loading the flight details, the flights were coming up on the booking system as return when you only required one way, therefore this explains why the quote was approximately £200 more. Once Bethany noticed the error she called you. I can see that Bethany also emailed you requesting the quote you had seen online. I am sorry that you had already proceeded to make your bookings. We aim to respond to guests as soon as we can. We would also strongly advise to all our valued guests that’s whilst you may be able to package a booking yourself cheaper, unless the Cruise line or your agent makes all travel arrangements within the package your booking will not be ATOL protected.
