A great day's activity and a very active one too. Very scenic some beautiful spots. The weather was hot so bring lots of water. Guides were awesome and knowledgeable.

Do I need any prior experience to participate in this activity?

Yes. You must know how to ride a bike in order to participate in any of the bike tours. While the Maunawili Trail is recommended for experienced riders only, the downhill bike and North Shore trail welcome beginner and younger riders.

How many people are there in a tour group?

The average group size is between 6-8 people.

Is giving a tip (gratuity) required?

Gratuity is never required, but if you enjoyed your experience a tip is always greatly appreciated!

You'll stop at five to six diners, with the cost of food and drinks included in the tour.

Influenced by Polynesian, Asian, European, and American cuisines, Hawaiian cuisine offers a tantalizing fusion of flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Throughout this bicycle tour, your guide will lead you to eateries that emphasize the use of fresh and local ingredients, which are available in abundance on this bountiful island. You'll get a taste of Hawaii's state fish, known as the humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa in Hawaiian, or the reef triggerfish in English.

The islands are renowned for their abundance of fish and seafood more generally, including ahi tuna, mahi-mahi, ono, and opah. These fish are often enjoyed raw in dishes like poke, which has gained popularity world-wide for its delicious flavor and health benefits.

“I rented an electric bike from Hele On Waikiki for 2 days. Staff was super nice. She told me the battery would last 40 miles. After I used it for about 25 miles I still had about 75% of the battery. She also gave me a map of a suggested route/course, which was nice. But I went a lot further to the east on the first day, to "China wall" I think it's called. The bike got the attention of some people here and there, with one commenting that they wanted to get one. So I suppose that means the bike is stylish. Must be the tires :)”
