Climb aboard one of our very comfortable open-top double decker buses for a panoramic tour through the fantastic city of Frankfurt in the heart of Europe. On this website you find information about our  hop-on hop-off tours  and the  visitor attractions  in the city.

A tour on the  upper deck of our open-top buses  is a great way to discover the most interesting sights of Frankfurt. Our tours are available in  nine languages  so you can enjoy the city tour while listening to the commentaries in your language. Our double decker coaches run  several times per hour  from various stops. Once validated, the tickets are valid for 24 hours. Fixed dates: Simply choose a date that suits you and book your ticket online.

Daily tours: Our popular tours of the old town take place daily at 11:00 and 14:00 (in the low season from November to the end of February at 14:00).

Travelling for all: All Old Town tours are classified according to the criteria of the nationwide "Travelling for all" label and have received the "Accessibility tested" award.

Tip: Take the city tour entitled “Frankfurt's New Old Town and other highlights”, taking place daily at 11.00 am and 2.00 pm.

International: Our exclusive city tours are available in 18 languages. These include Cantonese, Chinese, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Malaysian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Spanish, Turkish and Ukrainian.

There are a variety of themed tours to choose from, each lasting between one and a maximum of two hours.  Even though each tour is uniquely designed and cannot be directly combined with one another, it is possible to book different tours one after the other. If less time is available and a shorter tour is preferred, the content may be adapted accordingly to fit into the time slot. The price for the tour remains unchanged. Tour guides are bookable for our one-hour to two-hour tours only. If you would like individual half-day or full-day programmes, we recommend that you contact the members of the Association of Frankfurt Tour Guides .

The public tours are offered daily at specific times and you may take part in them with a valid ticket.

Exclusive city tours including guide are booked privately for your own group. In this case, the date and time may be set according to individual wishes.

Yes, the city tours are also held during spells of bad weather.

The majority of our tours are barrier-free. For tours that are not barrier-free, we provide corresponding information in the tour description on our website.

It is generally possible to take pets with you, provided that all participants, including the tour guide, give their consent. However, if one person is opposed to pets on the tour, we ask for your understanding and consideration. Please note that pets are generally not allowed on interior tours.

Yes, you may request a preferred date and time for exclusive city tours.

Tours may be booked at any time, even at short notice. However, availability cannot be guaranteed in every case, as our tour guides are oftentimes also booked elsewhere as freelancers. During the high season in particular, we recommend making enquiries/bookings at least four weeks in advance.

The price for each tour is calculated per tour guide, although individuals also have the option of booking an exclusive tour. There is a fixed maximum number of participants for each tour. Details may be found on our website. If the group size exceeds the maximum, it is necessary to book additional guides. One guide per bus is required for tours.

We offer public tours in German and English as standard. Exclusive city tours are available in more than 15 different languages. Bilingual tours are only possible in specific circumstances.

Our tour guides are easy to recognise as they usually either wear a tour guide badge on their clothing or carry a bag/backpack labelled "Frankfurt City Tours".

The exact meeting point varies depending on the tour. Detailed information may be found on our website in the description of the respective tour, in the non-binding offer and in the order confirmation. If you wish to be picked up at a different location that matches the planned route, we will be happy to check this potentiality. Please note that this may incur additional costs.

Arrival for coach groups: Bus groups may easily board and deboard at the centrally located bus stop on Berliner Straße/Paulskirche

Once your exclusive city tour has been booked, we will send you an order confirmation together with the invoice and payment details

Cancellations are possible free of charge up to two weeks before the scheduled date of the tour. This rule also applies to the cancellation of individual tour guides if several have been booked.
